At CalmrySleep, we want you to feel confident with your purchase and supported throughout your experience with us. If something doesn't feel right, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery if:
· The item arrives damaged or defective
· The wrong item was received
· The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@calmrysleep.com with:
· Your order number
· A brief description of the issue
· Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
· If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, return shipping will be covered by CalmrySleep.
· For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued for:
· Normal wear and tear
· Incorrect use of the product
· Orders with incorrect address information provided by the customer
